Zack and his crew are very knowledgeable and don't try to pull the wool over your eyes. Which is something I am always super skeptical about with body shops. Zack called me and told me the initial estimate, walked me through it, and was honest in what was absolutely mandatory and what wasn't. I appreciate that alot!

These are the best folks in the business! I've been going to Advanced since 2006, and love all they've done to keep my car in top shape and me in a good mood. They are direct and clear about what needs to be done, and the work is always performed to the highest standards . I also like that they take good care of their people. When I get car rides, I like to chat with the drivers to suss out how they feel about the place. Everyone I've talked to is happy to be working there.

All good on a basic service. Only issue is that I know that my power steering reservoir has a slow leak, and I'm not sure if the team got around to filling that.... just wondering....
