The staff and service is always top of the line in my experience. Much more personal and efficient than any dealership shop I've ever been to. I would never hesitate to choose Advanced Autowerks except for warranty covered repairs, and even then I come here first for a straightforward diagnosis.

Incredible service! I brought a car in for a pre-purchase inspection. Zach found several issues with the car that needed to be addressed if I were to make the purchase. He gave me a quote for the repairs, explained everything in detail and then waived my pre-purchase inspection fee (even though I hadn't even said I would have the car repaired at his shop -- this would have been at least $150). After the repairs were complete, the cost was significantly cheaper than the initial estimate as Zach was able to get a discount on a few parts and applied that toward my final bill. When I came in to pick up the car he answered all of my questions very thoroughly. When I didn't understand something, he had me come behind the counter with him and looked up several photos to better explain everything. He was so kind, patient, and honest. I feel really lucky that I found this place. Will definitely come back whenever my car needs to be serviced.
