Great shop. Great service. There was a one-day delay in getting my car back this time around, and I would have appreciated a heads up about that, so I didn't have to make an unnecessary trip, but it was a minor hassle, and it's a minor criticism. Thanks for taking care of my GTI!

Great experience at Advanced Autowerks - I was really impressed with the service level and integrity. I took my beloved (but struggling) VW Passat here for evaluation due to multiple leaks from different engine sources. They spent time investigating the issues and explaining my options, and did not try to sell me on expensive repairs - instead, they gently suggested that in my particular case, it might not be worth investing further money into the car. I so appreciate the integrity, expertise and realism they demonstrated. When I get my next Audi/VW, I will definitely be bringing it to this shop!
