This is for the service elements with which I'm familiar. The staff was professional and friendly, the shop clean and well organized. Service was efficient; I waited only 1.5 hour for standard minor service. I was offered a voucher for a local coffee shop, which I didn't use since the shop coffee was just fine. While I waited, the shop cat, Maceo (sp? pronounced Macy-oh), was wonderful company. The invoice notes were thorough as to work completed and recommendations and watch items. I appreciated the detail and patience of the staff in reviewing the invoice notes and answering my questions. I think that Pacifica might be an excellent consideration for a third Advanced Autowerks location someday. :)

Excellent service, clear breakdown of what needs to be done and when. I have loved the four Audis we've had, but they do need service and repairs which can be pricey. I trust Advanced Autowerks to give me a fair price and honest advice.

We experienced one of those mechnical problems that really stumped the mechanics at Advanced Autowerks. Details aside, while it might be the case we ended up spending money for work done unnecessarily, it has to be said that the they kept at it until they actually figured it out. While we had to tow the car in the first time, after they had thought it was fixed and we drove it home, when it again wouldn't start, they quickly sent someone over to professionally tow it again, no charge. Though it was frustrating both for us and for them (it took over 2 weeks to finally get it fixed), they were kind, considerate, sympathetic, offered us the use of a car (but we could get by without it), and did not nickel and dime us. They kept us informed as best they could. The first fix was costly, but for the subsequent work and actual or final fix, there were no additional charges. We ended up with them when our long-time mechanic recently retired. Our 2002 VW Golf TDI has over 100k miles on it. I can Not imagine what this experience would have been like at a less reputable garage. They now are definitely our regular mechanic.

Five stars are not enough. This shop, the crew, and quality of work are all outstanding. They provide the best service and value in town. Because of them, my car is in tip-top running condition. It's one thing I never have to worry about and that is priceless.

I contacted Advanced Autowerks on a co-workers recommendation. I had been bouncing between dealer service and independents since I picked up the car and I was looking for a shop that specialized on Audi and was convenient to my current work location. During my initial call to discuss setting up an appointment Zack Mason took time to answer all my questions regarding the mileage and condition of my car and help me understand what to expect. The morning I dropped my car off everything went very smooth and I was able to catch a ride to work with one of the shop employees. Zack called when my car was ready and I popped down to pick it up. As I walked up to the shop my car was out front, freshly washed and ready to go. Everything that was done during the service was explained and all my questions were addressed. Zack also made sure to point out items that didn't require action at this time but warranted watching over the next few checkups. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these folks.
