Great service and the new location is a block from BART which makes it super convenient. I had an issue which they were able to diagnose quickly and resolve. I also have extended warranty and they managed the claim with the insurance company with any hassle. I highly recommend taking your Audi or BMW to them.

Very good service and the car drives fantastic

I found Advanced Autowerks on Yelp and after all the great reviews and the excellent service I received, I want to pay it forward. It all started when I got a notice from the Audi/VW dealer in San Francisco. It said that my 2013 was due for a whole bunch of services since it was now 3 years old. I made an appointment and brought my car in. I asked for an estimate and it was $781, not the free service that I was offered through the mail! They explained that since I bought the car in late 2015, the dealer used the last free maintenance check to ready the car to sell. I smelled a rat and went home. Next, I did a Yelp search and found Advanced Autowerks. From Yelp, I sent a note to them to give me an estimate for all of the services the dealer said I needed. Brian got back to me right away and we exchanged emails as I explained the situation. Fast forward to this past Friday, I brought my car into Advanced Autowerks and met with Brian personally. His quote was less than $200 and I left my car there. He called me later to ask if I wanted to replace my windshield wipers and even with that addition, I still paid $199. Brian called me around 3:30pm and and said that the car would be ready by 4:30pm and that they were washing it right now. Wow! Advanced Autowerks is a professionally run, clean shop with great customer service. Although Brian was generous in throwing in a tire rotation for free, I will go back to them from now on because I liked the customer service and 0 sale pitch.

The service at Advanced Autowerks was great--best price I found in the area and a friendly staff. All my questions about the service, car, and future services were answered! Kyle took the time to explain details about my tires to me, and even followed up with a link to an article that gave more details about my question. That is customer service!
