They are the best!!!! I've been with them for 6+ years with my TDI bio-diesel baby, 2005 passat wagon... they always take great care and are extremely responsible and reliable when issues come up. if any mistakes ever happen, they work hard to resolve immediately. i'll use them as long as i have a vw!

I brought my Touareg into this shop to get the coolant system replaced after being referred by a buddy of mine, he said that the service staff is amazing and they do great work. This was the understatement of the year because they deserve much more praise! Using genuine German parts with some of the most experienced mechanics I've seen in the Bay Area, it's amazing how I've just learned about them. I recieved calls, texts, and emails me every step of the way keeping me updated on how my truck was doing. Just the level of customer service that can sometimes be hard to find at mechanics let alone be actual VW dealership, these guys blow everyone out of the water. From their awesome warranty and comped Lyft rides to their hand written notes and Philz gift cards, Mackenzie and Kyle over at the Mission shop honestly made my partner and I's already busy week without a car go by with such ease (and our car runs amazing like it has 9k miles rather than 90k). I love you guys and I love German cars, anytime I'm in need of service Advanced Autowerks has my business!
