Great service, always on time and honest. They go out of their way to ensure a great customer service experience

I've taken my Audi to Advanced for the last 10 years. The car doesn't get driven much these days so many months go by in between service appointments. I appreciate that the people there remember me, and my automobile, no matter how long it's been since the last service.

Wow. What a great experience. Kyle was super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Couldn't recommend Advanced enough.

I have trusted the care of my cars (Mini and Audi) , as has my daughter (VW), to Advanced Autowerks for several years. They were recommended by our former mechanic (who does not service thesr makes) who we really trusted. His recommendation was spot on! Kyle, Zach and Mackenzie are the best! They and the staff are very knowledgeable, approachable, and professional!

One eradicated plastic bag later and a small injury to a unlucky mechanic, everything is great!

5 Stars, all the time. Kyle and Zach are so helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. We trust them to give us the best service without overselling. They also treat you like a close friend when you walk in the shop. I can't recommend them enough.

Was very helpful in outlining my options and gave me an honest answer about my service. Not the cheapest place to go but certainly fair in the pricing I've seen on the work I have had done. Staff is friendly as well. They really take care of you.
