When the check engine light came on, I brought our Audi Q7 in to Advanced Autowerks. Diagnosing the problem was pretty tricky but ultimately Shane figured out what it was. Unfortunately for us it turned out to be a pretty major problem and repair. But Shane got us through it - he was knowledgeable and thorough, updated me regularly and went above and beyond making sure the problem was fixed correctly. And, he is just the nicest guy. What they charge is very reasonable, especially when compared to the quality of their work. And their customer service is phenomenal - I really felt like they cared. I was extremely impressed and happy with my overall experience. Not only will I be back for repairs, I am now planning on having them do all of my regular maintenance (instead of the dealer). I highly recommend them!

I am very impressed with how timely, responsive and professional the process was from initial contact asking for a quote (new rotors and brake pads for 2015 Audi RS5) through picking up my car and doing my own road test.
