After an initial rough start with Advanced Autowerks, Randy (CEO) and Zach (Manager), made up for some lack of follow through and completed the desired work on my 2003 Golf TDI. Zach went the extra mile to get AAA to agree to replace the battery they had installed but was too small for a diesel car.

My 2002 VW Beetle had the dreaded "Check Engine" light appear on and off for a couple of months. A lot of shops simply don't work on Diesels, and my prior experience with the dealer's service left me cold. So I returned to Advance Autowerks where I had taken the car for service at their old location. They checked out the problem as well as giving the car a full evaluation. I opted to do the work necessary to clear the light and am evaluating other work that would most likely extend the life of the car for several more years of hopefully care-free driving. They did great work. They also recommended a DIY fix for the brakes which squeaked very loudly only when backing up. Absence of the bothersome dash light and annoying squeaks has made the car a joy to drive once again.

the shop is clean, the guys are friendly and super knowledgable and take the time to explain what’s going on with the vehicle.......and even kinda laughed at my silly jokes !! I can drop off early and pick up at end of day - great service.......thanks for keeping me safe and running !

The team at Advanced is great! I came in for my regular oil change but unfortunately had some other stuff going on with my VW, and Zach was able to refer me to the dealership since my car was under warranty. These people are good at what they do. Well organized, cleanest garage I have ever seen, they tell you what is being done and then they do it and that is another problem solved.
