Advanced is run by a group of incredibly honest business people. I had all 6 ignition coils in my Audi A4 replaced in July 2008. I moved to the Seattle area 4 months later and, wouldn't you know, come May I had to have all 6 of them replaced again. My Seattle area garage indicated a batch of problems with the particular brand that Advanced had installed. I asked my Seattle area garage to retain the 6 that Advanced had installed, fully expecting a series of phone calls and painful negotiations to get even a pathetic remedy to the situation. None of that! I emailed Advanced and within 5 minutes, Randy called me. He acknowledged that there had been some problems with that particular brand (which Advanced no longer uses) and offered to refund me for the parts and some of the labor (I had other work done along with those ignition coils). How about that! It makes me happy to know that honest business people still exist, even in the automotive repair industry.Since we're on the subject, Advanced also gave me a free oil change about a year ago, when I went back with a defective filter only a couple days after my previous oil change. My Audi has had serious oil leak issues, so you can imagine my dismay when I noticed oil on my garage floor. But Advanced remedied that issue quickly and with a freebie. Thanks guys! And yes, Royal Motors is downright awful--bad service (don't even get me started on my oil leak issues) and ridiculous prices. And come on--their service location is no better than Advanced's.
