I dropped my Jetta off with the check engine light on, they gave me a choice to pay for my taxi or muni, then I came back and the check engine light was off, said it was a broken plastic piece where the dipstick goes in, a $14 part, then they didn't charge me a dime and I drove away very happy!!!!

I have a moody 1997 VW Jetta GT, original owner and I want to drive it till the wheels fall off, so luckily I came across a shop that sees it the same way! I had a string of things go wrong with it, major oil leaks and power steering hose got too old and leaky, etc and they were always reliable in getting the problems identified & communicated to me so I knew what I was in for and fixed in a timely manner. When I had the oil leak it really had gummed up underneath the car making it hard to identify if there were other issues going on. They cleaned it all up, fixed the obvious issues and said come back in 2 weeks and we'll take a look again to make sure there isn't anything else that needs to be worked on. Originally they had suspected a few other things may be needing repair but it turned out it was all from the oil leak and my list of 5 potential repair items went down to 2 and those they said I could wait on, not critical issues but just the sign of an old car, and take care of later if I needed to. I love the service - the guys here are always friendly and super helpful with all the questions I have and don't roll their eyes at me when I ask for a prioritized list of what I should work on first and what I can put off (without harming the car of course).

The guys at Advanced Autowerks are fantastic. We have owned 4 Audi's over the years, and have 2 currently. Our most recent purchase is a 2001 S4 Avant with 75k miles. The first owner of the car saved every maintenance record and the car was in perfect shape when we bought it 8 months ago. But then slowly, it all started to unravel and small things started to go wrong. Advanced Autowerks has been a savior in my sanity. They are easy to deal with, fast with service and fairly priced. They are also genuinely nice guys. Definitely recommended.

Advanced Autowerks is awesome. I am on an around the country road trip with my VW jetta and had some lights pop up on the dash. Jason was quick to plug in his computer and give me the low down. He cleared all the fault codes and told me to drive around a few days and see if the lights come back on. They did and when I returned I was greeted with more prompt service. The only bad problem that came up was my brake lights were out. Toby had some bulbs installed in a jiffy at no charge and aired my tires and greased my squeaky doors. Big thanks to Jason, Toby, Zach, and all the boys at Advanced. If you have a VW or Audi this is the place to go.

These guys are Awesome! bye Royal motors!! I had a complimentary oil change from Royal Motors b/c of the crappy service they gave me. I chose not to use it, took my car to Advanced Autowerks and I'm never looking back. Royal motor told me my car was fine and they refused to perform a carbon clean. Although it was misfiring and felt extremely sluggish. I brought my car in Tuesday morning and got it back Wednesday morning. Tobi de-carbon my car, and performed a routine maintenance. He found a bunch of carbon build up took pics and also saved me a couple chunks! Super informative, friendly and professional guys. Zac was very pleasant, He took care of me from the get go. Starting from the phone conversation upto the face to face meeting. These guys really love what they do and it shows. It's very rare to come across other business that have this much integrity.I will definitely refer all my friends and family to these guys!

These guys rock. I used to go to Royal Auto but prefer this shop by far. Great work at a reasonable price for my beloved VW Beetle.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality, service, and overall demeanor of Advanced Audi. They're solid professionals who will work with you to keep your car in tip top shape. Audi's are expensive to repair so making sure you're only doing the necessary service was a top priority for me.

I have an '05 Audi A4 and as someone who knows nothing about cars, I used to always be a little nervous about taking my car into the shop. Advanced Autowerks is different - they have excellent customer service, good prices, and are genuinely nice people. My friends that I've sent here have also only had good things to say. These guys are the real deal!

I first came here a couple years ago for a routine service for my 2001 VW golf because of the great Yelp reviews. I was completely satisfied by the work, the excellent customer service, and the fair price. So I brought my car back again last year to get a new timing belt. Again, the service was thorough, punctual, and reasonably priced. But they won me over by volunteering to show me the used belt. There's something really nice about a mechanic that takes that kind of time and consideration for a customer, to show what's happening in your car but also in a "hey, isn't this neat?" kind of way.But the reason I'm writing this review is because of my last visit. I needed a replacement headlight lamp. But right before they start, I realize that I left my wallet at home. No problem, they said. Just write us a nice review. And then they proceed to change my lamp and send me off with a wave. HOW NICE IS THAT??Love these guys and I won't take my car anywhere else. They know how to get lifelong customers.
