Excellent Service

Incredibly reasonable and professional.

You can count on good service and they don't skimp on quality. I took my car in for an oil change and they noticed that I had busted struts, a cv boot was torn and yada yada. I had noticed my car wasn't performing the way it should and thought it was my tires , I was wrong. It drives much better now and I guess I won't go 4 wheeling in it anymore ;) They even washed my car! These guys also let me know what services are due next so I can plan for it. They are the best!

There is nowhere else that I would take my Audis! Having been a customer of AA for more than 10 years, I can confidently say that they are the best in the business. Honesty, quality, clear communication, craftsmanship, expertise – are just a few words that jump to mind.

Again advance auto is the best. LADIES listen up if you want honest and taken care of. Then go to advance auto and have Zachary Take care of you. I would call and ask a sensor light has come on and not sure what to do but zach would calm me down and just bring it to the shop and he will have someone look at it. Then take care of the issue at no cost to low cost. In my culture (Hawaiian) that is RESPECT! I'll always take care of these guys as they do to me. Thanks advance auto wreck and especially Zach. This is a long overdue review - the guys at Advanced Autowerks are amazing! They have given my husband and I countless sound advice over the phone and in their shop. They do full service checks for us even when the issue is so small as new headlights. They run through all of the options in order to fix your car and we trust them to give us their honest recommendation as to which option fits best for our Audi. If you are looking for an auto shop that is quick, reliable and straightforward about what REALLY needs to be fixed on your car, go here!

Long overdue review: You are driving a Volkswagen? There is only one place you can go to and that's Advanced Autowerks. I needed my brake pads replaced, oil change, Engine light was on and there was some rattling noise coming from the front.The guys at Advanced Autowerks are fantastic, I agree, they are a little out of the way, but I dropped of my car after work and they took care of everything - including a ride home, that what I call service! They called me later to give me an overview of what they found, what they recommend (also what not). They basically did a full service, discovered one major and two small leaks, changed the pads, rotated the tires, exchanged some parts, oil change all within 1 day. My Volkswagen came back washed and detailed and it not only looked like back from the future it also felt like I was driving a completely different car.Thanks guys

Love this place. They have treated me with respect and fixed my car many times. Not always easy to find trustworthy and reliable mechanics when you're a woman...but you can trust these guys.
