I was referred to Advanced Autowerks by an independent shop owner that we have used and trusted for over 20 years, but hi business did not service Mini. We have been pleasantly pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness of the staff! Dropped my Jetta Sportwagen off in the morning because I had a malfunction indicator lamp on. By midday, the problem was diagnosed and parts were on the way. I really appreciate the level of customer service you guys provide, combined with an extremely knowledgeable staff, including those working the front desk. Can't be beat! Thank you.

I have a 15 year old Audi. People, including my spouse, have suggested that it's time for a new car, but I refuse because of my deep attachment to, and affection for, my mechanics. I've been going to Advanced for over 10 years (whenever the factory warranty expired) and they have kept my car up and running like new. These guys are professionals in every sense of the word and also really nice people who care about their customers in addition to their cars. I should also mention that they are smart and extremely funny. I don't think I could go back to the "service" department at a dealership after my long-standing relationship with Advanced.

Your staff is friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the courtesy and service I received and now my husband wants to take his Mercedes there. The print out showing what work had been done and the cost was the most detailed I have ever seen-excellent! I love the small size of the operation as distinguished from some very large dealer garages where one gets lost in the shuffle and people are rude.

No beating around the bush on what's needed. They tell you what's needed and what to look out for in the future. Prices are lower than the car dealers.

I brought my "new to me" second-hand car in for thorough analysis of any potential problems the seller had not mentioned, had hidden, or had not known about. They found two very small problems, easily fixable. Zach Mason was knowledgeable, very efficient, and very nice to an old lady (me!). This inspection set me back $72.50... very reasonable for peace of mind.

Zach and the technicians are amazing. I took a used volkswagen Jetta that I was considering purchasing in for an inspection. The cost was reasonable $145.00 , and Zach and the team were very helpful in answering all my questions. They let me know the smallest details of concern right down to a tire pressure sensor reading back in Feburary. Thankfully the car was clean as a whistle and I now drive a fun and reliable Jetta.
