I love the service I get at Advanced Autowerks! I have always gotten excellent customer service with thorough discussion of what needs to be done and what my options are. They have always done an excellent job on my VW, whether it is for major repairs or routine oil changes. They are professional, courteous, and efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my maintenance and repairs!

This was my first time at Advanced Autowerks and I was very happy with the service I received. The work done was right on estimate, and was done quickly. Everyone was very polite and responsive. I'll definitely go back for additional service.

We recently brought the car in for an oil change and because one of the recently replaced headlights was out. Oil change, check, with recommendations for future service. Headlight had loose wires fixed for free. The Advanced team is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and awesome. If I could only remember, I'd bring them cookies every time we drop off the car. A particular shout out to Zac at the front desk. We wouldn't trust our car to anyone else.

These guys rock. I had to do some major repairs that could have qualified my car as totaled. They let me keep my car there for a week while I thought over what to do. I got no pressure from them to do the repairs- in fact they offered to help me donate the car if needed. Their detailed assessment of what was up, confidence in their price estimate and total transparency is what made me decide to fix the car. They actually came in $200 under budget. I really trust them!

I appreciate the great service from autowerks. I also really liked the thorough email update I received about my car while I was at work, rather than having to worry about getting the phone.

Great as usual - car towed in... Monday unscheduled - ready for pickup Wednesday night.
