Left my parents' old car (105k mi) that started to lurch on the highway over the weekend. These guys did a thorough inspection and found that it needed a lot of love. They went over the details with me, and given my parents' limited budget, they agreed to work on only the really urgent needs. They treated my parents with respect and with no issues whatsoever and so rather than my parents feeling guilty about not doing all that was recommended they walked away very happy and feeling safe. I have a '99 A4 and my wife a '13 Q7 TDI (non-cheater 3.0 version) and I would not take my Audis anywhere else.

Zach and the crew at Advanced went above and beyond for me. I just moved to the city and my 2000 VW Jetta1.8T had been through a rough road trip on the way out. After two trips to a VW dealership there were still some issues not being resolved so I turned to Advanced. They quoted me a very fair price after discovering some rather serious issues, and after starting the work discovered a few even more pressing issues hiding deep under the surface. After calling to let me know, they told me they would still stick to the quoted price, even though the work they were doing was going to take longer than expected and require replacement parts et cetera. They totally delivered, car drives better than it has in many years and they held fast on the quoted price as promised. I even got to pick up the car after hours! I will recommend them to anyone with a VW or Audi - best shop I've EVER worked with. My Jetta will always go back to Advanced when I need service!
