Excellent service. They fully check out your vehicle no matter what needs to be serviced. Staff who handle phones and write up service tickets are extremely knowledgeable, personable and excellent communicators. Have been using Advanced Auto for 6 years and happy with their comprehensive approach to servicing my Volkswagen. Never have had a problem with their repairs that required me to return my car. In fact, Advanced Auto is probably the best, quality auto repair business I have found in San Francisco. I have never felt ripped off or overcharged and their pricing, while not cheap, I feel, is fair.
