Professional and speedy service. Less than the dealership. Wish you had multiple locations (like previously in dogpatch) as deep mish is not convenient to get to from everywhere. Lyft ride to caltrain in the morning after dropping my car was $33, which is a good chunk of the cost vs dealer (and they reimburse travel expenses).

Zach was upfront, honest and educational. Although I opted out of much of the work, I felt the true value and passion that this shop has.

The diagnosis of the problem was done quickly and precisely. (extensive damage to interior and wiring caused by rodents). It tool a long time to get the parts from Germany (not in any way the fault of Advanced Autowerks), but the repair was executed expertly. Would highly recommend.

You guys Rock !! Totally surprised to find the Philz Coffee (one of my favorites) gift card on my dash. Service was great.......thanks Zack......not sure who the mechanic was but a thank you to him or her. The Cooper needed a bit more repairs than originally had been thought - got a call and was able to get the scheduled work and the unscheduled work done by end of business. Great since it was a Friday. Thanks for keeping me safe and roadworthy !!
